missingWrote a review on Nov 19spacious roomclean kitchencheck-in inconvenience
I enjoyed a king room with a full-sized kitchen, which added convenience to our stay. Spacious and clean, this room had great touches like Dove toiletries. The quiet atmosphere made for restful nights. However, the check-in time felt a bit late at 3:30 PM and checkout at 11 AM felt rushed. The receptionists could smile a bit more. Also, the lack of elevators made lugging bags upstairs inconvenient. Parking could be tricky at times, especially during busier hours.

While the room had been updated, it felt like a surface-level renovation on an older building. gaps in the baseboards and flooring show wear. Encountered some unsettling silverfish in the bathroom prompting concern about cleanliness. Vending machines were nearly empty, and having a hot tub would elevate the experience for adult guests.

i was almost impressed with the cleanliness on day one, but then we noticed our room went unattended for days! the gym was also a disaster, dirty and neglected. i even expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but clearly, this hotel doesn’t believe in customer appreciation. truly a shame, as a little extra care could have saved this experience.

Disappointing sleep due to loud live music outside our room. Nice amenities like a golf course nearby for entertainment.

Stair access even on the ground floor, noise from the pool and connected rooms!!! A musty lobby odor was unpleasant during check-in.

Consider requesting a room away from the live music to ensure a quieter stay, especially during weekends.

OMG, the Loft bar had live music that transformed the vibe into a total jam session! Not to forget, the food was off-the-charts delicious, making it the perfect spot to chill after a day of exploring. Our room was also super clean with a cozy vibe and a lovely view!
As much as I hate filling in this section, I always try to add something as a general knowledge for the hotel. This time, the only real complaint I had was the water temperature in the shower was all over the place. Not a big deal, but definitely worth noting.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff
The spacious suite had a kitchenette that made our stay convenient. The staff always greeted us with a smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our trip.
We encountered some noise disturbances from adjacent rooms, which at times made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The water pressure in the shower fluctuated unexpectedly.

Impressive Hospitality and Clean Rooms
I had a great stay with lots of surprises! The hotel staff sent a text to let us check in early on a cold day, which was a nice touch. Also, we appreciated the early check-out flexibility when our plans ran late, all thanks to Graedon's help. The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds. However, make sure to bring some kitchen essentials, as there were no paper towels or condiments provided.
